The Terms and conditions apply to all the sales made through the website www.fujizaki.net and to all the business relations (today and in the future) between the KJ MANUFACTURER company and its customers.
1. Price
All the selling prices displayed by www.fujizaki.net are all taxes inclusive, as french VAT. The actual rate is 19.6%
Any change from the VAT rate could be immediatly added to the selling price.
The detailed invoice (Vat inclusive) will be emailed to you. This invoice is your guarantee, you will need to keep it.
Payment
Fujizaki does accept Visa Eurocard and Mastercard.
2.1 Delivery in France, mainland
All orders will be billed with VAT and delivery charge.
2.2 Delivery overseas delivery (On french soil)
All deliveries are billed without VAT. This exemption is based on the good´s selling price and on the delivery.
The invoice emailed will be duty free.
However you will be in charge to complete all the customs requirements on arrival.
2.3 Delivery in the European comunity
All goods are subject to the french VAT. If you are a company with an European Union VAT (value added tax) number, you will be invoiced duty free. All European Union Vat will be verified before delivery. An invalid number will automatically cancel the order.
2.4 Delivery outside the European comunity, rest of the world
You will be invoiced duty-free. However you will be in charge to complete all the customs requirements on arrival. We do emphaze the fact that you should contact the customs from your home country to check the lawfulness of the product and taxes apllied. Fujizaki is not responsible concerning this taxes.
3. Returns and availibility
You will be contacted under 24 hours (weekdays) of your order status. Concerning all returns KJ MANUFACTURER will proceed a refund in 7 days max, after reception of the return good. The refund applied to the goods bought through www.fujizaki.net after presentation of the invoice.
After the delay of 7 days no refund will be possible. All goods returns will have to be send back in their original packaging ( without any damage done to the product) The refund will be proceed after the product has been verified.
If the good are returned without the packaging, a 15% charge will be applied.
To ease the return process we do encourage our guest to contact the customers services shop @ fujizaki.com , to get a return number thus that the return instructions.
All the expedition costs willbe billed to you. The cost is 10 euros without VAT (parcel and management) and the delivery cost.
In case of change is the order (change of address or change of product selection ect), a 15 euros without VAT will apply 24 hours after the original order.
Any change made in the 24 hours following the order are free of charge.
If the terms and conditions explained above are not followed KJ MANUFACTURER is entitled to refuse the good return (same if the good is damaged, used or missing).
To send your goods to our customers services, we do advised you to send them as recording letter with tracking devise. (La Poste Fedex, UPS, DHL... do offer this type of service.)

KJ MANUFACTURER will have to inform the customer and cancel the order.
